How admission works
- 1Student counselling and eligibility assessment
- 2University shortlisting and registration charge
- 3Submission of academic documents; university entrance test or interview (online) where required
- 4Admission confirmation and invitation letter; first-semester fee paid to the university
- 5Document legalisation, visa file preparation and submission (Georgia: VFS Global, about 4-5 weeks)
- 6Visa approval, air tickets, pre-departure briefing
- 7Airport pickup, hostel allotment, bank account and SIM card on arrival
Payment terms
Tuition and hostel-mess fees are paid in advance as per the university schedule, before each semester. Hostel and mess are compulsory for the first year and must be paid before travel. Late payment attracts penalties. Once the visa is issued and classes begin, one semester's fee is charged. Refunds follow the university's refund policy.
